Epson Panoramic Photographer of the Year Award Winners Announced - Photography Contest
Photographer Jesus M. Garcia said, "We got up early, at about 3 a.m., to climb to the top of the mountain through trees and vegetation. After 1 hour of climbing while carrying all our photographic gear, we arrived at the summit. This image is the result of 7 vertically stitched images. Nowadays, when I see this photo, I remember the great effort required to capture it, but I also remember…one of the most beautiful sunrises of my life."

The Carolyn Mitchum Award was presented to Wojciech Kruczynski for conveying beautiful emotion, narration and technical excellence. The photograph was taken in Iceland which shows a beautiful co-balance between humans and environment.
