20 Best Kirlian photography examples and techniques for beginners
Kirlian photography is a technique used by photographers wherein the resulting image has a special aura around it. We believe in cosmic planets, and everything around us has an energy. Some of these energies outshine the rest. Maybe this is why we have been told to stay friends with those who have a positive impact on us. A high-voltage charge is passed through an object which is placed on a photographic plate. The resultant picture will have a blue aura around the object. Do you remember how lightning works? Well, Kirlian photography is a similar technique in a controlled environment.

What is Kirlian Photography?
This is a photography technique which uses high voltage equipment, digital or Polaroid camera. This technique was originally found by Semyon Kirlian in 1939, and hence the name Kirlian. A photographic metal plate is charged with high voltage and an object is placed on the plate, you will be able to see an aura of the object. Sometimes it's possible to see different colors of the aura, when they are placed in different levels of water.
How to use the Kirlian photography technique?
First an insulator is placed. A metal conducting plate is placed on top of the insulator. On top of the insulator a glass is placed. Above this a photographic film will be placed. An object should be placed on the photographic film. A high voltage frequecy power supply is used to charge the plate. When these high frequency waves pass through the object, a beautiful aura is formed.
